En el kernel de Linux se ha resuelto la siguiente vulnerabilidad:
PCI: of_property: Omitir las propiedades del bus sin un bus subordinado
Un puente (un dispositivo con una cabecera de tipo 1) puede no tener asignado un bus secundario (pdev->subordinate), por ejemplo, si no hay números de bus disponibles o si los números de bus secundario/subordinado del puente no son escribibles.
Las funciones auxiliares dinámicas de OF of_pci_prop_bus_range() y of_pci_prop_intr_map() desreferencian pdev->subordinate sin comprobarlo. Cuando CONFIG_PCI_DYNAMIC_OF_NODES está habilitado, esto puede provocar una desreferencia de puntero NULL y un bloqueo durante el arranque temprano.

Generar las propiedades 'bus-range' e 'interrupt-map' solo cuando exista un bus subordinado. Mantener el nodo y sus propiedades restantes para los puentes que no tengan uno.
El problema estaba latente desde 407d1a51921e ("PCI: Create device tree node for bridge"), pero no era alcanzable hasta 1f340724419e ("PCI: of: Create device tree PCI host bridge node"), que apareció en v6.15. Antes de 1f340724419e, of_pci_make_dev_node() retornaba antes de tiempo porque faltaba el nodo OF padre.
