Se ha encontrado una vulnerabilidad de desbordamiento de memoria en la funcionalidad ipc del subsistema memcg del kernel de Linux, en la forma en que un usuario llama a la función semget varias veces, creando semáforos. Este fallo permite a un usuario local privar de recursos, causando una denegación de servicio. La mayor amenaza de esta vulnerabilidad es la disponibilidad del sistema.
