CVE-2019-9761

Se ha descubierto un problema de XEE (XML External Entity) en PHPSHE 1.7, que puede emplearse para leer cualquier archivo en el sistema o escanear la red interna sin autenticación. Esto ocurre debido a la llamada a wechat_getxml en include/plugin/payment/wechat/notify_url.php.
