Se ha descubierto un problema en algunos productos Apple. Las versiones de macOS anteriores a la 10.13.1 se han visto afectadas. El problema afecta al componente "HelpViewer". Una vulnerabilidad Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) permite que atacantes remotos inyecten scripts web o HTML arbitrarios omitiendo la política del mismo origen para los documentos HTML en cuarentena.
